You can use AI Sprite Maker for free forever, subscribe monthly or yearly, or just buy credit packs when you need them. Every plan, Free included, comes with commercial use, no watermark, and the API and MCP server. Plans differ in credits, frame size, how many jobs run at once, priority and how long files are kept. Payments go through Stripe.

Yearly billing costs about 20% less. You still receive credits monthly.

Credit packs

PackPriceCredits
Small$5400
Medium$151,300
Large$404,000

Packs work on any plan, including Free, and never expire. Like everything else, sprites made with pack credits come with the commercial license. Pack credits are spent last, after daily and plan credits.

Paying and taxes

Checkout runs on Stripe. You can pay with major cards, and other methods Stripe offers in your country may appear at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe Tax adds VAT, GST or US sales tax based on your location where it applies, and shows it before you pay. If you have a VAT ID, add it at checkout so the invoice shows it.

Invoices and payment details

Open Dashboard → Billing and click Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can download invoices, change your card, update your billing address and see upcoming charges.

Upgrading and downgrading

  • Upgrade at any time from Billing. Stripe charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period, and the new plan’s credits and limits apply straight away.
  • Downgrade from the customer portal. It takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
  • Monthly to yearly: choose the yearly price on Billing, or email us and we’ll switch it with credit for the unused part of your current month.

Cancelling

Cancel from Billing → Manage billing → Cancel plan. There’s no call or email required. You keep your plan, its remaining credits, commercial rights and your stored outputs until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account moves to Free:

  • pack credits stay and never expire;
  • every sprite you made stays licensed for commercial use, permanently;
  • your outputs are kept for another 60 days, then the Free plan’s 30-day rule applies. Download anything you want to keep.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and emails you. Update your card in the customer portal to fix it. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your account moves to Free, with pack credits kept.

Refunds

Your first subscription payment can be refunded within 7 days if you’ve used under 20% of its credits, and packs within 14 days if unused. Full details are in the refund policy.
